Accessibility
Half Pan should work for everyone, including a cook using it on a phone in a loud, busy kitchen.

What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Buttons on the crew app are big, at least 44 pixels tall, so they work with gloves or wet hands.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible outline on whatever is selected, and there's a skip link at the top of every page.
- Text is set to meet contrast guidelines. Numbers are greyed out only on purpose, when too few logs came in, and the page says so in words.
- The only animation turns off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Charts come with a table version, and the scale-style number displays have text labels for screen readers.
- Photos have written descriptions, and Spanish and Telugu text is marked so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- The crew app keeps working with no signal.
What we know isn't perfect
The Spanish and Telugu versions are drafts until native speakers check them. If you find anything hard to use, we want to fix it.
